The Center for Attention, Learning & Mindfulness
The first clinic dedicated to supporting university students unlock their full learning potential.

Studies indicate that 5–8% of university students show clinically significant ADHD symptoms, underscoring how common these difficulties are on campus. Longitudinal research shows college students with ADHD earn significantly lower GPAs and face higher academic probation risk (12.1% vs 7.0% in the first year), reflecting persistent executive-function and study-skills challenges. Beyond academic performance, ADHD frequently impairs mood and personal life — driving emotional dysregulation, increased stress and anxiety, relationship strain, and an overall reduction in quality of life.

Care begins with a comprehensive assessment. Registered Clinical Counsellors then provide focused sessions that teach practical, evidence-informed ADHD strategies — establishing routines, selecting tools, and adding accountability for day-to-day use. In parallel, physicians monitor progress, conduct medical evaluations, and offer individualized pharmacotherapy as appropriate. This skills-forward counselling plus medication approach is designed to outperform either modality alone and to equip students to manage ADHD in real-world settings.

Medical care includes history, physical exam, lab work and ECG screening, individualized pharmacotherapy, and counselling.
By aligning public coverage through MSP with StudentCare university health plans, CALM aims to remove financial barriers for students.
Booking and follow-up are simple and coordinated to support clear next steps and sustained progress.
